Recruit, train, deploy is our innovative complementary service or alternative to recruiting and HR development processes in companies. We find and qualify future employees by using subsidised solutions to search for, pre-select and train them.

The recruit, train, deploy approach enables us to connect companies with a diverse pool of talent that we then provide with the necessary expertise to drive digital projects forward.

• There are currently more than 400,000 jobseekers and 130,000 people on short-time work in Austria. (as of January 2022)
• There is high potential and willingness for retraining (in trade, catering and tourism).
• The willingness to change jobs due to parental leave and jobseekers and among young professionals is high among students/graduates, newcomers to the labour market and young professionals and returnees.
• Support exists through programmes and subsidies for companies.

The aspire-group’s product world is huge ad diverse – both in terms of the range and the types of learning offered. With the seminars, trainings, courses and coaching sessions of our seven provider companies, we support knowledge acquisition for all requirements of today’s world of work and for personal and professional development.
