The aspire Education INCLUSIVE-IT project, in cooperation with Microsoft Austria, offers an innovative instrument to qualify and place people with disabilities in IT professions.

Preselection and consulting
aspire Education advises all participating companies and qualifies pre-selected candidates with disabilities to become IT specialists.
Specialist integration services accompany the candidates into their employment with the IT companies.

Work & Learn
Candidates are trained to become IT specialists in a 6 or 9 month dual IT course. The theoretical knowledge is imparted at aspire Education in collaborative learning forms and using innovative methodologies such as a virtual classroom and coached learning, while the practical training takes place at the respective company.

The Ministry of Social Affairs covers the entire training costs of the participants.
AMS Vienna covers the wage and salary costs for the duration of the training.
