THE ASPIRE #MISSION_WORK_LIFE_LEARN CREATES LIFE DESIGNERS
There has long since been a recognised need for career guidance in schools. The transition from school to career still takes place with very little consideration of the available talents and the requirements of the labour market. At the same time, the world of work is undergoing rapid and far-reaching change. People therefore need strong skills to be able to shape and develop robust life plans.
The aspire “work – life – learn” mission aims to inspire and support as many people as possible to become their own life designers. Aspire coaching services help to shape individual educational journeys.
LIFE DESIGNERS …
… are curious and appreciative.
… think in a differentiated way.
… make decisions based on experience.
… plan without much risk.
… create new realities through prototypes.
… want to learn from experience.
… use the loop model for cyclical life progression
… build themselves a constructive team
As the aspire-group, we are guided by the life design approach of Stanford University and the Life Design Lab of the University of St. Gallen.
