As the aspire-group, we are committed to strengthening the link between education and the job market. To this end, we are constantly analysing our user data, evaluating new services, and increasingly expanding our business model into the end customer sector.

LIFE DESIGN

...is a certified aspire coaching model Career paths and life plans are defined and created for the individual. Life Design coaches provide the support. The aspire Life Design approach is the starting point of our service design and connects users long term with our aspire services and our portals.

DIGITALISATION AND AUTOMATION

...are essential factors for the success of our services. The identification of training needs and the provision of suitable upskilling services are already being automated. Our job placement is carried out digitally or virtually on the basis of automated matching procedures. All learning process support is individually and personally designed by us.

PLATFORM THINKING

...is shaping the future for us as a group. Our absolute top priority at the aspire-group is the technological and economic development of a platform as an ecosystem for coaching, education and job placement. In the knowledge that educational services are becoming a commodity, we have begun making timely investments that will shape such an ecosystem.

  • We implement this through EU projects and by expanding the reach of our supplier companies in Europe. To this end, we have a clear focus on healthy growth and the careful integration of acquisitions in relevant business areas.

  • Through several factors, such as strong alliances in the public sector, target group expansion towards the end customer and a focus on our content provision area. Complementary, digital learning products for before, during and after the core aspire services round off our 360° market view.

  • We focus on digitisation and virtualisation for core processes along the entire value chain, including our service and sales platforms. We are also internally supported by headless e-commerce solutions in addressing target groups.
